Hey everyone! I’m back with another Eden’s Semilla review but this time it’s on their facial serums. I totally loved trying out their essentials oils last time to review for my lovely readers so I decided to give the serums a try as well. Personally, I love trying skin care products that are hydrating and lightweight so I was excited to try them. Recently, I received Eden’s Semilla Hyaluronic Acid Serum and Vitamin C serum to test out and share my feedback with all of you!
Eden’s Semilla has a range of natural oils, essential oils and facial serums and is based in the U.S. The oils I’ll be reviewing today are from the skincare serums range. The box packaging of the serums is bright and simple and lists the different benefits and uses as well.
The bottles also each come with their own droppers just like the essential oils did. The Vitamin C bottle has a sepia tone whereas the Hyaluronic one is transparent! I was super happy to see the transparent bottle since I love the minimalistic look and had that feedback when trying the oils. It’s recommend to use a small amount of the serum but I’d say it also depends on how dry your skin is and what you’re using it for but I went for 2-3 drops.
The Vitamin C serum is 100% organic and created with a blend of anti-aging ingredients that proven to keep skin healthy. It’s full of natural ingredients such as Vitamin C, Hyaluronic acid, Retinol, Vitamin E, Rosehip and Jojoba Oil, and Ferulic acid . Together it makes for an effective antioxidant that not only protects your skin, but also hydrates it and makes it tighter.
I loved how soft and smooth my skin felt after applying it and it absorbs into skin quickly. The scent is a very light orange and it’s suitable for sensitive skin types since it doesn’t cause any irritation. Overall, it has great anti-aging agents as well as collagen builders that’ll give your skin a fresher look.
The Hyaluronic serum is also 100% organic, vegan friendly, and great for hydrating. With aging, our bodies ability to create more moisture for our skin decreases and so this is the perfect solution for keeping skin plump and soft, and most importantly hydrated. I found it to be a lot more hydrating than the other serum I’ve tried and I used this after storing it in a fridge and felt that it was a lot more effective that way
It’s also a good moisturizing alternative in general for those of us who don’t like the heavy feeling that a face cream leaves and want a lightweight option. It doesn’t leave behind any sticky residue and applies onto skin easily and is now one of my favourite serums so if you’re looking for a new hydrating skincare product, this is an item to consider.
Overall, I enjoyed using both these serums and was very happy with the results of using them regularly. I’d recommended it to people with sensitive skin and those looking to add any organic serums to their routine which are lightweight and hydrating. I rate both these serums a 9 out of 10.
I hope you guys enjoyed reading this post and let me know what you think in the comments below as well as which facial serums are your personal favourites!
